Fresh Flowers how do they work?
Our seasonal bunches change week to week, depending on what fresh blooms are available at the market. The photos you see on our website and socials are a glimpse of our style, but not an exact preview of what you'll receive.

Subscription based Orders
You will be automatically charged weekly/fortnightly/monthly depending on the frequency selected by the same method used upon initial order.
Cancel at anytime (1 weeks notice required) Contact via flowers@florflorals.com to cancel.
Upon subscription a vase will be supplied, this will be returned upon each delivery. Once subscription has been cancelled, vase must be returned or purchased. If broken during hire period a $10 breakage fee will apply.
If payment fails upon renewal, we will contact you for payment. If no contact has been made, the subscription will be cancelled.

Cancellation of Orders
Everyday Arrangements - If notice is given at least 24hrs before scheduled delivery, a refund will be available less a $10 admin fee. Refunds are unavailable on the day of delivery.
Weddings/Events - If notice is given at least 14 business days before the event, a refund will be available less the deposit as shown on invoice. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Cancellations within 48hrs of the event will be unable to receive refunds
Quality Assurance
I will always strive to make your Flor experience wonderful. If something doesn’t go as planned, or you are not happy with a product, I would love to make it right and improve for next time.
If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase or experience, please contact me as soon as you can to report the problem, and I will find an appropriate solution.
Product Substitution / Availability
Please note that with flower orders, some flowers, products, colour, vases, and gift box items may be substituted based on availability. If this occurs we will fill the order to equal or more value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable.
Gifts containing alcohol
Businesses selling limited quantities of liquor as part of a floral arrangement or gift basket are exempt where:
the sale is part of a florist's business or the business of a person selling gift baskets
the quantity of the liquor is not more than 2L and, if the liquor includes spirits, the quantity of spirits is not more than 1L
the floral arrangement or gift basket must be delivered as a gift to an adult other than the purchaser of the floral arrangement or gift basket
the gift is to be delivered to a place other than the business where the sale was made
the total value of the liquor and the container in which it is supplied is not more than 75% of the gift's sale price
the liquor was purchased on a retail basis.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. Squarespace Payments makes use of the following third party service providers which will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies:

Flor Florals – Flower Party Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a flower party.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. I will have to pre order the flowers for your event and usually can’t get a refund or cancel my order with the flower wholesaler.

3. Travel & Location
Flor Florals is based in Cairns and can travel to your home, Airbnb, or chosen venue.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Cairns area – this will be discussed at the time of booking.
You are responsible for obtaining permission from the venue if required.
4. Party Requirements
A suitable table and chairs must be available for all guests. I’ll bring flowers, tools, jars, table covers, and all necessary materials.
For outdoor events, a sheltered area is required to protect flowers and guests from sun or rain.
5. Kids Parties
Recommended for children aged 6 and up.
At least one adult must be present throughout the event to supervise children.
Any allergies or special needs must be disclosed when booking.
I have a current Blue Card for working with Children.
6. Safety
While all tools are kid-friendly and guidance is provided, participants must handle materials responsibly.
Flor Florals is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse of tools or materials during the event.
7. Photos & Social Media
Flor Florals may take photos during events for use on social media and marketing. I won’t put Children’s faces on Social Media.
Please let us know in advance if you or your guests prefer not to be photographed. That is completely fine.
